EXCHANGES & RETURNS

COOLING OFF PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return the goods to Pink Lining within 14 days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse (please note if you are returning as a change of mind we will only refund the cost of the product/s and not the postage fee). It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.

If you are exchanging a product as a change of mind you will need to pay the postage fee for the new bag (we can only waver the postage fee if the bag is faulty and being exchanged). Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any sales items unless damaged.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Please call or email the sales office to obtain your returns authorisation number and returns form on +44 (0) 1384 298531 or  customercare@pinklining.com. When returning goods, please enclose your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund).

FAULTY ITEMS

Here at Pink Lining, we believe in all of our products. Our products are covered by a six-month warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear. For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs will be paid for by Pink Lining. Please email a picture of the fault along with your name and order number to customercare@pinklining.com we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your options i.e. repair/exchange/refund.

Items purchased from an independent or department store must be returned back to the relevant store for exchange/refund – it is up to the relevant store if they wish to accept the item/s back – if for any reason you have any problems please contact customer services on +44 (0)1384 298531 or customercare@pinklining.com
