We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out (a bit like nap schedules). If your purchase wasn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns as easy as possible.

How It Works

You’ve got 30 days from the date of arrival to return or exchange your item. We offer:

• Refunds on full-priced products only
• Exchanges on eligible items

Your item must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Unfortunately, used or damaged products can’t be returned, no matter how cute your little one looked holding them.

The Fine Print

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Please allow up to 7 days for our team to process your return once it reaches our warehouse
• Found an imperfection or missing item? Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Gifting

If you’ve received your Pink Lining piece as a gift, the same 30-day window applies. Need a little more time? We recommend a Pink Lining gift card for extra flexibility.
